JEWELL Engineering Consultants implements a new phone system

Jewell Engineering Consultants (JEC) has implemented a new phone system at our office, which results in improved system services for our clients. This system requires a slight change in the way incoming calls can access everyone in the office and provides new extension numbers. When calling the JEC office, callers can choose to listen to a phone directory and call their chosen contact at JEC, or they can choose to call anyone that may be in the office with just one button, where everyone will be paged to answer. This will facilitate the ability to speak with someone who is in the office, while others may be out of the office. It is hoped that this will make calling the office more pleasant and productive. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our regular clients who have become accustomed to the “old system”.
