Clemmons Stormwater Utility

Over the years, JEWELL Engineering Consultants (JEC) has worked with municipalities to develop their Stormwater Utilities in order to finance their stormwater programs. JEC recently submitted the Village of Clemmons’ 2009 Stormwater Utility Billing and account file to the Forsyth County Tax Office for its August tax bill mailing. Working closely with Village Stormwater staff, changes were incorporated into the Arc GIS database in order to create this year’s billing. JEC has had the privilege of working with the Village from the inception of their Stormwater Utility Program through 5 years of annual implementation.
